23 year old multi-instrumentalist singer songwriter Karl Morgan hails from the small City in Wales – Swansea.

Karl has spent the last few years honing his craft, and co-writing with some of the best writers in the country. Influenced by Stevie Wonder, The Police, Jellyfish, and The Beatles, Karl has realised that it all starts with the song.

Karl says,
‘The song is king. A great song is a great song whatever genre it’s in. I love song writing, and have worked like crazy to write a killer debut album.
I feel like Playing live is where I come into my own, I’ve worked so hard with my band to deliver the audience an awesome live sound.’

Blessed with a distinctive voice and an innate ability to pen big chorused radio friendly tunes, Karl Morgan & his band “The Click” have spent the last 2 years away from home and played all over the UK and parts of Europe. From influential London acoustic clubs The Bedford, the Troubadour and Regal Rooms to The CIA Cardiff, The Indigo O2 and Midem in Cannes, Karl has been building a steady army of loyal fans.

Earlier this year Karl released his ‘Kensal Road’ E.P. The first track ‘Alone’ spent a staggering 14 weeks on the A list at BBC Radio Wales. South Wales’ premier commercial station The Wave started to play Karl’s Songs and the E.P prompted their program controller to declare,

Karl and the Click even beat The Stereophonics to Best Band at The Wave 2009 Welsh Style Awards!

Having gone back into the studio in February to finish the Debut Album…
Lead track ‘Unpredictable’, has already made it into industry taste maker magazine ‘Hit Sheet’ alongside KT Tunstall. “That Girl’s Dynamite was self funded, written by Karl and mastered at the legendary Abbey Road Studios London.”
